KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Advisory Marketing to join our Growth and Strategy organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing strategy with Line-of -Business marketing leaders around key messages into and across Go-to-Market teams; co-create buyer personas and journeys
- Serve as a strategic business partner/marketing advisor to SL and SN business leaders and teams to define and develop unique value propositions, key messages, engaging content and differentiated POVs
- Co-develop engagement strategy for target key buyers
- Partner with LOB marketing leaders, various marketing enablement teams and other GTM support functions (Comms, AR, Sales) to develop an integrated plan (with tactics, deliverables, and dates) and an accompanying budget
- Act as the marketing leader on business service line and network teams
- Function as the people management leader for direct reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent marketing experience in a professional services environment or similarly complex or matrix organization; minimum three years of recent leading marketing programs and directing resources
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Trusted, strategic marketing advisor able to translate marketing strategy from the business strategy and define marketing plans to accomplish the business objectives
- Proven track record in messaging and strategy of professional services, their solutions, knowledge of the Big 4 landscape and related positioning is preferred
- Demonstrable track record in designing marketing strategy plans that support growth among key buyers that improve awareness, engagement, and sales
- Executive presence and presentation skills
