KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Planner Tax to join our Learning & Development organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage training program curriculum and resources through planning, preparing, monitoring, validating, delivery and close-out including senior stakeholder management across various modalities
- Engage strategically across teams to develop solution architecture (design) and lead Tax Business Learning Strategy (TBLS) agreement and buy-in process
- Serve as a go-to resource for our TBLS and field stakeholders
- Collaborate with our Project Management team to ensure proper documentation and tracking of training program progress including trouble-shooting project plan items not on track for their deadlines
- Oversee multiple short/long-term projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines and team needs
- Lead and manage deployment team members; lead various Tax L&D initiatives, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience implementing strategic learning solutions in a large corporate environment, preferably within a professional services firm or equivalent and/or consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Capability to effectively execute a strategy and lead supporting team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders and sponsors with influence
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (specifically including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), Power Point, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management and influence, performance consulting methodologies, performance improvement and measurement skills; able to exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel up to thirty percent
