KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, HR Technology to join our Digital Nexus organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for managing an effective team dedicated to fulfilling the organization's mission through highly successful program implementation, team engagement, and continuous improvement as well as creating a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization
  • Lead the development and design of a HR technology vision, strategy, and implementation path; make sure that the development of actionable strategies aligned with firm priorities
  • Provide overall technical leadership in consulting, designing, and implementing HR solutions with a major focus on SAP Success Factors
  • Ensure long term technology delivery of business objectives align with the organization's technology strategy; understand the business strategy, processes and decision makers; foster participation in solution fiscal planning, scope, prioritization, delivery, and enhancement of solutions; manage, plan, and administer all phases of the software development lifecycle for Agile and Waterfall projects
  • Steer overall business expectations, perceptions and support ongoing two-way communication of technology strategies, priorities and governance and partner closely with business stakeholders to outline technology fiscal planning and be accountable for overall technology spend
  • Establish product roadmaps in alignment with IT technology initiatives and maintain lasting internal client relationships ensuring business expectations, goals, and objectives are met while executing and delivering the portfolio of commercial off the shelf and custom developed software solutions; champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas; continuously assess productivity and operational excellence

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience leading all technology aspects of large implementations on SuccessFactors, with hands-on experience configuring the software; experience preferred on multiple SAP modules, in a complex and mixed technology environment (i.e., public and private Cloud and on-premise)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited/university is preferred
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors to other modules of SAP, i.e., ECC, S/4HANA, etc. as well as non-SAP systems; SuccessFactors certification strongly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of the application development life cycle with ability to identify innovative application development alternatives; possess professional level knowledge in project management and the establishment of standards related to the application development life cycle and Agile application development
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate geographically dispersed technical teams; capability to work effectively with clients, senior management, and other team members
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
