The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to identify candidates through recruiting and sourcing strategies that will assist Senior Recruiters and Project Leads in efficiently and effectively filling all open positions.

The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to identify candidates through recruiting and sourcing strategies that will assist Senior Recruiters and Project Leads in efficiently and effectively filling all open positions.
The Recruiter will:
- source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- conduct regular follow-ups with management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- produce postings to attract the best potential candidates.
- work to build pipelining strategies and pools for key positions.
- recruit for open positions as assigned and/or plans for future openings.
- conduct interviews/phone/video screens in a thorough and professional manner to assure qualified candidates are referred to hiring manager.
- conduct candidate screening and facilitate the interview and debriefing process and assessments.
- inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, bonus programs and other related information.
- fully documents recruitment activities to assure workflow communication and uniformity of process.
- perform reference checks as needed
The Recruiter will have:
- experience with sourcing and assessing candidates, including executive level candidates.
- experience with using internal databases as well as social media.
- experience with recruiting and assessing candidates for placement within the pharmaceutical industry.
- ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
The Recruiter will:
- have a Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- experience as a full life cycle recruiter
- proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
