Job Title: Senior Client Manager
Reports to: Director of Client Services

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: To help accomplish the Mission and Vision of Kraus-Anderson Insurance by providing unparalleled customer service by exceeding each unique client request, resulting in high levels of retention and additional sales through account rounding and cross-selling. Guide and mentor Customer Service Unit to ensure the achievement of greater results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and actively work toward agency goals and strategies.
- Understand and actively round accounts by offering additional agency services.
- Engage with client and process daily customer service requests as assigned.
- Process marketing and renewal activities as directed.
- Follow workflows for Renewal/Spec Setup, Change Requests, Endorsements/Audits/Cancellations, Policy Review, Policy Review Wrap-up, Contract Review.
- Act as agency expert and resource/mentor for teammates, specialized accounts or product line.
- Assist Account Executive on specific account needs.
- Account renewal process included but not limited to:
- Help gather renewal information/applications (Indio).
- Updating data in EPIC.
- Reviewing quotes.
- Provide other support whether apparent, required or needed.
- Complete additional projects as developed and assigned by your supervisor or management.
