What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Clerk/Baker position at Kroger Stores?
As an associate of Kroger, the basic objective of your position is to satisfy our customers by providing exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. We accomplish this in many ways including, but not limited to: treating our customers/employees in a fair and ethical manner, promoting an inclusive work environment, being responsible member of the community, and providing the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner, displaying a positive attitude, speaking highly of the company in the presence of customers and other employees.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Prepare and display food.
Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment.
