What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Associate position at Kroger?
Select and gather products for customer's online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customer's online orders, process coupons and payment and deliver and load orders into customers vehicle when they arrive for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience.
Essential job functions include:
Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
Adhere to state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines
initiate and complete grocery picking for online orders
Read and follow directions given in the note section of the customer's order.
Follow policies and procedures to determine appropriate substitutions in the event of an out-of-stock product.
Report pricing, scanning and item location discrepancies and invalid food temperatures to the e-Commerce lead if you find present throughout the store.
Load order into customers vehicle.
Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.'
