Our client seeks a highly skilled Structural Analysis Engineer in Tukwila, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements for system design.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish the product's environment.
- Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools.
- Create test plans, support test execution, and analyze/report results to validate system and component requirements.
- Define and document certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies.
- Investigate failures and analyze improvements for in-service products.
Daily Tasks:
- Work under the guidance of the Technical Lead/Frontline Managers.
- Attend team meetings to receive daily work packages and duties.
- Maintain focus on meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Receive guidance from leads to ensure sufficient quality checks and balances on the team.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry, with 5 years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master's with 3 years' experience). ABET accreditation is preferred in the USA.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Catia.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field.
Preferred Skills:
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Experience in airframe, wiring, or electrical installation.
- Familiarity with 777X.
