KROs on the Common is looking for a Head Chef to join our team in Templeton, MA.
Position Summary:
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all staff. This individual will be responsible for developing recipes, purchasing food, and maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen. The Head Chef will also be responsible for developing and implementing a quality food service program that meets the expectations of our guests.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food service industry
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to communicate with staff and customers effectively.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards.
- Knowledge of proper storage techniques and sanitation procedures.
