**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. **Responsibilities:** - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly - Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment - Handle payroll processing and employee attendance tracking - Assist in budgeting and financial reporting - Plan and coordinate office events and meetings - Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord **Skills:** - Proficient in budgeting and financial management - Strong human resources knowledge - Experience in payroll processing - Skilled in office management and organization - Knowledge of medical office management is a plus - Ability to develop and conduct training sessions for staff - Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems - Proficient in event planning If you possess these skills and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity as an Office Manager, we would love to hear from you.
