Responsibilities
Build a pipeline through referrals, marketing leads, relationship building and business intelligence.
Work directly with product, support and operations teams to support customer needs and growth.
Work independently to highlight the value of our services to prospective customers, but know when to pull in others to provide additional support.
Stay updated with all products in the Kuba portfolio to add value at every interaction.
Consistently use sales enablement tools to lead deal progression through the sales process. CRM organisation and hygiene, as well as determination and drive, make the difference between good and great.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, reports and realistic forecasts
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in B2B and B2G solution sales
Experience with CRM software
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as motivation techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred but not essential
