Job Posting for Accounts Receivable Specialist at Kuck Mechanical
Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
Research and create new clients within Kuck’s ERP System.
Work alongside Project Managers, Sales Associates, and Service Department to prepare invoices and draw requests in timely and accurate manner.
Continuous review of Accounts Receivable balances.
Continuous follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances
Process and post payments received by customers via Check, ACH, Wire Transfers, etc. into Kuck’s ERP system.
Reconcile and send monthly statements to clients.
Issue credit memos, when required.
Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, preparation of invoices, tracking change orders, filing and answering phones.
Initiate communications with upper management to discuss the AR Aging reports, taking detailed notes to promote communication amongst the accounting team.
Working collaboratively with all members of the accounting team to ensure accuracy in finances and invoices.
Year End Audit administrative assistance.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
Ability to learn, use and organize multiple software's.
Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Suite Products.
2-5 years of previous Accounts Receivable/collections experience.
Previous Construction Accounts Receivable experience highly preferred.
Previous experience with an ERP System. (Spectrum Viewpoint a plus but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Works well in a team environment.
Problem solving skills.
Organized, detail-oriented and thorough.
Experience
2-5 years of AR Processing/ Collections.
Previous experience in Construction Accounting/ Accounts Receivable highly preferred.

Pay
Commensurate with experience. Starting from $45,000.00 year.
