Join our team as a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator, contributing to our talent and operations team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage high-volume global interview scheduling (phone, in-person, video) to elevate candidate experience initiatives
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate logistics, and assist in new hire onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate journey
- Work with the Recruiting team to innovate strategies, streamline processes, and ensure data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and superb communication at all levels
What You'll Do :
- Provide candidates with information, timelines, and support, ensuring a positive experience
- Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System for efficient tracking and reporting
- Collaborate on new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition
- Identify and implement enhancements for efficient recruitment and onboarding
- Contribute to strategies improving the overall candidate experience
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies throughout the process
What You've Done :
- Demonstrated understanding of recruitment processes and tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Lever, and Rippling
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments
