Kumon Math And Reading Center Of Indian Land, SC is looking for one Center Manager to join our strong team. We are located on 8177 Charlotte Hwy, Indian Land, SC. 29707. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Center operations and supervision of staff
• Marketing plan development and implementation
• Parent communication and customer service
• Instruct students in an individual setting in our center and address the specific needs of each student.
• Implement the material provided by the Center to create an engaging atmosphere that fosters a high level of learning and progress.
• Equip students with the skills and strategies necessary to achieve success based on the customized individual lesson plans provided by the Center.
• Assist in grading of Worksheets.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Responsible and Reliable
• Independent and able to multi-task
• Passion to work with children
• Associate degree or bachelor's is a plus

This is a part-time job, and the Center Manager will be asked to work Tuesday through Thursday 3:00pm - 7:30pm and Saturday from 9 - 12pm.
