What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Kumon?
Kumon is world largest after school program in world. We are looking for a reliable and hard working individual to work at the Kumon Math and Reading Center of Livermore - Springtown. Kumon is an excellent after-school math and reading program originally founded in Japan in 1958. The basis for the Kumon method is mastery of Math and Reading through repetition. We currently have 4.5 Million students worldwide in over 50 countries.
Job Description:
- Assist center Manager in all aspects of class preparation as well as operation. Training will be provided.
- Data entry
- Make necessary adjustments on student’s study plan
- Pull worksheets and prepare student’s assignment prior to their arrival
- Work with students during class and grade work sheets by using Kumon answers books. Training will be provided.
- There will be a variety of additional projects that will need your attention as well.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, reading & writing skills
- Like to work with children of all ages and have a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and be a team player and be energetic
Job Type: Part-time. Approximately 15-25 hours per week.
