This position requires an individual with knowledge of an New Vehicle Franchise dealership service department and master-level vehicle technical skills.
Candidate must be able to create strong customer confidence and employee engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Train, develop and recruit technicians
Ensure all technicians maintain all required training
Ensure all shop employees adhere to safety protocols
Maintain top CSI
Maintain high employee satisfaction
Dispatch work and manage shop workflow
Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures

Qualifications
2 years of related experience
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Detail oriented and organized
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
