KVC Health Systems, headquartered in the greater Kansas City area, is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization and a national leader in child welfare and behavioral healthcare. The organization is committed to its mission of enriching and enhancing the lives of children and families by providing medical and behavioral healthcare, social services, and education.

KVC Health Systems is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide end-user/customer support for KVC employees by analyzing and resolving computer issues via phone and remote access software, assist KVC employees with applications and provide user training as required.

Candidates applying for this position should have at least 6 months experience working in a help desk environment within a medium-to-large organization. The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment. In addition, they should have a strong technical understanding of the following:
• Microsoft Windows 7 & 10
• Microsoft Office suite
• Microsoft Active Directory user management
• Microsoft Exchange e-mail management
• Microsoft folder security/permissions
• Citrix/Remote Desktop
• VoIP systems (Cisco/Lync)
• Video-conferencing technology
• Mobile devices (iPhone/Android)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Respond to incoming technical support calls and tickets
2. Document work via support request system
3. Perform on-call duty as required

FLSA Status: Non-exempt
All applicants must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
