The Director of Agent Services is an operationally-focused leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. The Director of Agent Services supports our sales agents by offering a variety of value-added services, including branding, marketing, transaction coordination, and client concierge through a team of coordinators and leveraging third-party resources. They are skilled in business, marketing and administration.
Compensation:$75,000
Responsibilities:- Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
- The Director of Shared Services will identify opportunities for agent services, consult with the leadership team on the business opportunity in engaging with such services, implementing, scaling, and measuring the success and engagement of those services. They are hands-on in helping sales agents implement those services in their businesses and ensuring agent satisfaction.
- The Director of Agent Services should be highly skilled in managing relationships, and scaling service and support quickly. They view customer service as the foundation of their action plan. They are authentic, servant-leaders.
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
- At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
- Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- 3 years of real estate industry experience
- Four-year college degree
- Bright, upbeat, energetic, and fast-paced
- Diplomatic and tactful
