KW Efficiency is an energy savings company that is highly specialized in LED retrofit projects for industrial and commercial facilities. We lead the market in value engineered solutions and above average quality workmanship with our own in-house electricians. KW is looking for successful sales people that recognize the value of joining an industry while it is growing.
In this role you will:
-You have control over your own income. There is no ceiling cap to what you can make. Top performers have made over a quarter million per year in this position.
-You will conduct audits of facilities to generate an accurate proposal and an energy strategy to your customers.
- -You will gain a great understanding of our products/services and present proposals to major clients. You will bring out the benefit of our products/services and be comfortable presenting them to anyone from senior executives to facilities managers.
- -You will know Excel and Microsoft Office, and not be afraid to use them. You will coordinate with our operations team and manufacturers. Turning new idea ideas into energy savings solutions for our customers.
-You will generate and qualify leads, source and develop client referrals, make sales calls to new and exciting clients. Because, of course, you are self-motivated and have a strong desire to be successful.
-You will prepare sales action plans and strategies to close deals because you enjoy winning.
-Your customers will see you as a valued consultant because you are an expert in your field.
-You will utilize the benefits of our CRM because you recognize the benefits of being organized and you are a team player.
-You will negotiate with customers because you are a sales professional and you are very confident in your skills to influence the decision process.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
