PETROLEUM BUYING
Petroleum Buying Coordinator (#840): Kwik Trip, Inc. operates Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, and Tobacco Outlet plus Grocery in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, and Iowa with over 36,000 coworkers’ company wide. Join our team as a Petroleum Buying Coordinator where you will be focused on fuel procurement optimization, pricing accuracy, uploading, and ranking into the software systems. Along with other data entry, analytical needs, and data verification for the Petroleum Department.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Optimize and prioritize pricing from supplies throughout day
- Fuel Procurement pricing management
- Software system updating, data validity and transparency
- Audit pricing to ensure accuracy from suppliers
- Absorb and learn industry knowledge
- Understand Scheduling and act as a backup
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Principles in mathematical equations
- Supply and demand concept
- Logistical thinking and processes
- Effective communication, prioritization, and organization
- Ability to problem solve
- Analytical thinking
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, daytime & evening hours. Occasionally, weekend hours may be required in order to meet project/business needs.
