Your Role and Responsibilities
This HR Generalist is responsible for creating, updating and applying HR programs for global practices at Kyndryl and making sure to adhere to local requirements. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating a recruitment plan to staff any critical positions to stand up the new organization
Managing the exec headcount and diversity representation in conjunction with goals
Identifying key talent programs for career development and skills working with Talent
Creating employee engagement plans
Evaluating employee performance
Taking appropriate disciplinary action when needed
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Design / implement HR IT solutions – 3 years
Transforming HR programs – 2 years
Leading global HR teams – 5 years
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Workday experience
Exec HC and diversity representation
HR process and policy knowledge
