About The Role: Reporting to Kyriba’s Chief Strategy Officer, the Director, Value Marketing role is instrumental in designing and delivering, among other strategy work-streams, two cross-functional programs that are critical to Kyriba’s corporate, marketing, product development, and sales mandates: the enterprise liquidity management strategy and go-to-market program which will define a new market position (and, potentially, business category) and, in the process, become a powerful accelerator of bottom-line growth, as well as the strategic analyst relations program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop both the Enterprise Liquidity Management GTM Program and the Analyst Relations Program Collaborate cross-functionally to harness subject-matter-expertise and create thought-leading marketing and content for these artifacts Design strategies, thought-leadership content, and playbook-type artifacts that help internal Kyriba executives and business development leaders engage in executive-level discussions with prospects and customers to help them understand how Kyriba helps them capture, create, and deliver strategic, quantifiable business impact and value. Create third-party advocacy for our strategic value proposition, our competitive position, new products/features/services, and the value customers derive from our liquidity manager platform. Nurture deeper relationships with prominent analyst firms and key analysts who cover Kyriba’s business domains. Become intimately familiar with how analysts operate and builds, nurture, and leverage these relationships to achieve very specific business outcomes (e.g., market-specific studies; top ranking in competitive reports and rankings). Enable Corporate Strategy to catalyze a new, differentiated level of brand positioning, competitive differentiation, sales acceleration, executive level customer engagement, and long-term growth Partner closely with, and oversee, a cross-functional team of marketing, product, sales, and corporate executives Education, Experience and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field 7-10 years of experience in marketing or product development Demonstrate experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Adwords Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to advocate for Kyriba’s Corporate Strategy team Deeply established industry analyst relationships Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions Combination of deep experience as a consultant or industry analyst and business-to-business strategy marketing and thought-leadership Experience in the innerworkings and operations of corporate finance (either a past practitioner, analyst, or consultant Kyriba Culture and Values: At Kyriba, we value a strong work culture and sense of community and ownership among our global team.
