Description:
The Accounting Analyst will work with large fleet customers at dealerships nationwide. The analyst is responsible for the smooth operation of this program. This includes the following responsibilities:
Invoicing customers
Tracking payment of customer invoices
Disputing claims with dealerships
Assisting dealerships and customers with billing questions
Accounting of all transactions
Utilize third party systems to reconcile invoices with payments and credits
Managing the process of new account setup
Requirements:
***HYBRID ROLE***
Bachelors in Accounting
5 years of Accounting Experience
Excellent, Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good Time Management
Dealership Service Experience is a plus.
