Our salon is high-volume, conveniently located right off Exit 23 in Franklin, Massachusetts. Working together, we strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and staff.
Description
Our salon offers many opportunities to learn and grow at all stages of a stylist’s career, from shadowing with our more experienced staff to complimentary classes for all stylists to gain new skills and knowledge of new, exciting products. The friendly, inclusive environment is a helpful place for Apprentices to get to know our clientele and gain insight into what it’s like to be on the floor at a fast paced salon.
We are looking to immediately fill two Salon Assistant positions with individuals looking to gain knowledge, experience, and connections in the Salon industry. Our ideal candidate is motivated, professional, has excellent customer service skills, and is willing to learn and adapt to the ever-changing beauty industry. Advancement opportunities and hands-on training are available for motivated individuals, and we’re always learning and growing as a team and as individual staff.
Candidate requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a cosmetology program or hold a valid cosmetology license in Massachusetts, no exceptions.
- Have the ability to communicate with clients and staff alike to provide the standard of interaction that we pride ourselves on.
- Maintain a stylish, professional appearance suitable for a salon environment.
- Night and weekend availability.
- Arrive on time and ready to work.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
