Description
L&S Mechanical is the leading plumbing, electrical, and HVAC new home contractor in Texas. We have six locations around the state and have been in business for over thirty years.
We are looking for a sales representative that has experience selling products or services to home builders.
As a sales representative, you will work independently to strategically pursue opportunities, represent and sell our Tri-Trade Solution, provide excellent customer service, and close deals in Austin’s growth-driven market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new accounts via internet research, telephone inquiries, office and trailer visits, and in-person meetings,
- Develop new contacts and customers,
- Manage existing accounts,
- Provide exceptional customer service,
- Serve as main point of contact for all prospects, leads, and existing sales representative accounts,
- Sell multiple trades and the benefits of the Tri-Trade Solution, and
- Maintain detailed records of sales efforts and contacts.
