L&W Supply delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.

Specific duties may include:
- Managing customer relationships by providing excellent service and delivery execution with high customer satisfaction
- Hiring associates and monitoring their performance
- Coaching and mentoring branch personnel, setting expectations, and ensuring efficient operations
- Supporting the sales team’s efforts to present and sell L&W Supply’s value proposition
- Managing employee relations and human resources functions at the branch level
- Managing storefront and merchandising
- Ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed by employees, customers, and vendors
- Managing in-branch sales and customer service functions
- Profit and loss accountability
- Generating associates’ work schedules
- Successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Specific qualifications include:
- College degree (Business, Supply Chain Management or other related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years management experience - industry experience and product knowledge are strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Solid and proven sales management skills
