We currently have an opportunity for a Director - Marketing to join our team located at our LB OH Corp Office-LaneBryant-New Albany, OH 43054. Position Overview: The Director, Integrated Marketing will drive integrated campaigns from strategy to execution across owned and physical channels - lanebryant.com, paid media, emails, retail, merchant partners and our social presence - partnering with cross-functional teams to brief, plan, and execute. This role reports directly to the AVP, Marketing. Who you are: you're a multi-faceted marketer with a strong emphasis on driving both strategy and process in order to launch complex and fast-moving projects. You are creative and operationally focused, capable of turning product and business priorities into thoughtful marketing strategies, and then driving collaboration across teams to produce best-in-class content. This role requires someone capable of collaborating with leadership and several cross-functional partners, owning communication vertically and horizontally within the organization. You are comfortable interfacing with a variety of marketing, product and ecommerce stakeholders, including performance marketers, brand marketers, merchants, researchers, creative directors, digital designers, and comms. Duties · Drive the strategy and execution of seasonal campaigns and product launches across owned and physical channels · Craft channel promotional strategies in collaboration with individual channel leads (email, social, web, performance) · Lead creative brief development with in-house Creative Services team ahead of campaign production · Own the seasonal content calendar across all platforms to ensure it reflects quarterly, monthly and seasonal brand campaigns, launches and business priorities · Own key marketing milestones to ensure timely delivery of content and channel planning · Establish and manage processes to ensure marketing meets business objectives and campaign goals · Drive leadership and cross-functional stakeholder reviews of seasonal marketing plans, creative reviews, and content lookbacks · Measure and report campaign and content performance against key KPIs and communicate regular hind sighting to stakeholders · Own Brand Marketing budget Work Experience and education requirements 8 years experience, preferably in the retail, fashion industry Experience managing integrated marketing programs across both digital and retail channels Past experience crafting marketing plans, writing briefs, and analyzing performance in digital first setting Strong verbal and written communication skills, both vertically and horizontally within an organization An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proven background of owning complex workstreams Passion for Lane Bryant and knowledge of our product offering Strong understanding of the fashion and retail landscape Location: LB OH Corp Office-LaneBryant-New Albany, OH 43054 Position Type: Regular/Full time Equal Employment Opportunity The Company is committed to hiring and developing the most qualified people at all levels. Salary : $96,900 - $123,000
