Responsibilities

The Sales Administrator plays a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provides an important link between the salesperson and the client.

• Prepare paperwork for vehicle sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
• Manage Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and providing exceptional service.
• Coordinate test drives for prospective customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Utilize Eleads software to update client notes and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with sales transitions during car delivery, including coordinating paperwork and ensuring a seamless handover to the customer.
• Answer inbound calls for sales representatives, providing information and assistance to customers as needed​

Qualifications

• Previous administrative support &/or customer service experience a plus
• Basic computer skills including MS Word & Excel
• Excellent communication skills

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
