This is an opportunity to take the next step in your automotive career and join a high-volume Honda dealership. Our team is looking to add a Finance Manager to our growing team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with products intended to protect their vehicle purchase. In addition, our Finance Manager will work with lenders to obtain financing approvals and complete all vehicle purchase paperwork. Our offerings include: Performance-based compensation plan with earning potential between $125,000 and $300,000 a year. Medical, Dental and Vision Plans. 401(k) Retirement Plan. PTO and holiday pay. Maintain top customer service scores. Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts. Maintain required certifications and licensing for the position. Assist sales team with active customer engagement. Requirements Previous experience in automotive required. Prior experience in F&I preferred. CDK experience helpful. Through knowledge about the automotive car buying process. Be a team player focused on providing exemplary customer service. Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
