Here's a bit about the role you would play on our team:
- Participate in project design meetings both internally and externally with clients
- Assist in planning tasks and activities associated with the Project(s) in process
- Assist the Project Manager in developing or implementing project schedules, task priorities, and communicating the information to various departments
- Assist in allocating work orders for fabrication as well as following up on their progress
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary documents are collected, organized, and properly stored locally and digitally
- Participate in project related correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Communicate with clients to review, or identify, and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and reporting those to the Project Manager
- Provide fabrication progress updates to the client by submitting drawings, photos, or video demonstrating the status of the build
- Assist in prioritizing Design Department tasks to ensure timely production of components relative to build priority
- Other duties as the Project Manager may assign from time to time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
