Maintenance Technician

Position Overview: La Crosse Milling Company, a milling company specialized in oatmeal production, is seeking a detail oriented and experienced maintenance technician to perform upkeep on all equipment and facilities involved in the production of safe, quality food, pet food and feed products. The ability to oversee, troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, in a plant that operates on a 24/7 basis, is essential for this position.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge and ability to work with electricity, PLC and VFD’s
  • Experience with automated packaging systems and milling equipment
  • Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Work with a Zero injury mindset
  • Physically able to climb ladders safely, walk up and down stairs, and to endure heights

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • Candidates must be within a 25-mile radius.
