What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gym Membership Sales Manager position at LA Fitness (Fitness International)?
We are looking for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. This is a full-time position with full medical and vision benefits. They are paid hourly and/or commissions and receive a complimentary club membership. There is lots of room for advancement and increased earning potential.
Job responsibilities
Job Description
*Make 40 to 50 Calls a day, from company and self generated leads
*Outside Marketing
*Ability to talk freely with people that you may not know
*Be able to comfortably talk to Potential New Members
*Having a Background in Sales and Customer Service is welcome
*Having a Background in either Corporate or Gym Membership Sales
*Come in with 4 to 5 appointments a day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
