What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gym Supervisor position at LA Fitness?
L.A. Fitness in Fort Lauderdale is looking to place a Highly motivated, experienced and career minded Personal Training Director in our locations. You must have previous experience as a Personal Training Manager/Director in the fitness industry.
You will be in charge of selling/servicing new and current personal training packages to build your training business. If you are passionate about fitness and want to help people, this will be a great opportunity for you.
*Base $1850/month Commission Bonus
Commission=5%-7.5% of every package sold
Club Bonus Structure=
$1000 if club achieves 14 sales in the month
$2000 if club achieve 17 sales in the month
$3000 if club achieve 20 sales in the month
Example 20 sales made in 1 month= $1850 (Base) $3000 (bonus) $2250 (commission)
*2 additional club bonuses apply based on club performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
