What you will be doing:
You hire, train and develop staff from a diverse applicant pool, and then place those individuals in the best role for their success based on their skill set. You will be responsible for the front desk staff, the babysitters and the janitorial team.
- Your previous experiences and background enable you to resolve all member concerns and complaints quickly and effectively.
- You utilize the resources and systems in place to ensure facility presentation is in full compliance with company standards, including maintenance; cleanliness and equipment repair.
- You collaborate and build rapport with the other department managers to support the overall performance of the club.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 4 years of Management Level experience
- Passionate about Health & Fitness
- This is a full-time position
