Seeking a Human Resource Generalist on a remote schedule!
Pay: $28-32 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
- Administer and manage various HR programs, including FMLA, performance management, and training development
- Assist with HR sourcing and recruitment efforts
- Contribute to the design and implementation of organization-wide HR initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
-Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
