Responsibilities: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and grow our presence in the NorCal market. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue in NorCal.

  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

  • Sales Training: Provide comprehensive training to new hires, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

  • Event Management: Identify and book pop-up events, trade shows, and exhibitions to maximize brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights, leveraging this information to inform sales strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals, track individual and team sales metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements: To excel in this role, we believe the following qualifications are essential:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment.

  • Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays to accommodate pop-up events and engage with customers during peak times.

  • Mobility: Must own a reliable car and possess a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel within the NorCal region.
