Desired skills and experience:
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience in service-oriented, culinary-driven restaurants
- Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly pastry cook team
- Strong administrative skills and prior experience managing scheduling
- Degree in Baking and/or Pastry from an accredited culinary university preferred
