We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Person with a desire to learn and a passion for seeing projects through to completion. The Maintenance Person will be involved with a wide variety of tasks including plumbing, carpentry, elevator work, wiring and HVAC. The ideal candidate will have the technical ability to perform these tasks in addition to an eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to complete tasks.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks.
- Communicate with colleagues.
- Be aware of safety hazards.
- Fix and repair mechanical and electrical problems.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
