Job Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate is sales goal driven, organized, takes initiative, and is customer focused. We would love an associate who has experience working in retail - experience in boutiques is a plus! We are also wanting an associate who has experience working with the Shopify system or someone who is a quick learner.
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of retail selling preferred.
- High school diploma is required.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities.
- Working Saturdays REQUIRED.
- Time management.
- Meeting sales goals by training, mentoring and motivating staff.
- Running the sales floor & assisting customers in putting together outfits.
- Receiving, checking and organizing merchandise.
Job Types: Full-time (30-40 hrs)
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
