Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist Lab Integration Team and internal customers with communication and support on tasks.
- Integration Error Management Support.
- Responsible for escalating interface and support issues to appropriate persons or groups for resolution.
- Receives and responds to all queries relating to specific clinical data imported and documents the outcome from the query.
- Maintain and manage incoming queries – providing premiere customer service.
- Investigate interface, application/database, and service issues. Perform root cause analysis and take corrective actions.
- Maintain and manage project tracker – staying organized and able to access information at a moments notice.
- Author and reviews interface specification documents.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the Lab Integration Team.
- Bachelor's Degree or university program certificate, and two to four years of system analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or greater than five years’ experience in similar position.
- Prior experience with Mirth/NextGen Integration Engine or experience with similar integration engines is highly desirable and will set you apart from other candidates.
- Experience in clinical laboratories or clinical trials labs and with FDA 21CFR11/GCP.
- Experience with Microsoft products – Excel is a must!
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to make quick, well thought out decisions.
- Ability to adhere to established timelines, processes, and procedures.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivating and ability to work well independently as well as using a collaborative team approach.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, communication, multitasking, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and self-prioritize.
- Customer service/client relationship management skills.
- Limited travel to Johnson City, TN (if remote).
