What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Services Manager position at Labcorp?
Manages a department in an Information Services area. Manages preparation of systems support analyses and solves problems by use of computers. Manages and investigates IT support services to include, but not limited to, areas such as telecommunications, help desk, PC support, and warehouse. Assigns, coordinates, and reviews work of IT systems support personnel. Oversees supervisors and other technical and administrative personnel.
