What are the responsibilities and job description for the Siding Crew Leader position at LaborMAX?
LaborMax Staffing is seeking a Crew Leader for our client. In this role you will be working on the various structure exteriors, installing siding as part of a larger construction project on a building, home, office, or any other type of structure.
Your responsibilities include using tools and other equipment to install siding evenly and solidly over the face of a building.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 - 5 years siding experience
Self Starter
Ability to work independently
2-3 years in a lead position within the construction industry
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong base knowledge of construction
Have own hand tools, reliable transportation, and Skill saw
There will be a skills and knowledge test during your first week.
Job runs Monday - Friday, typically 8 hour days. Pay is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE. Weekly pay.
