PRN PHLEBOTOMIST
`Duties`
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples from patients
- Prepare and label specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient information and ensure proper identification
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition during blood collection
- Provide patient care and ensure their comfort during the procedure
- Follow proper infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Adhere to laboratory procedures and quality control guidelines
`Requirements`
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program or certification preferred
- 3 years Proven experience in blood sampling and venipuncture techniques required
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
