Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for fiscal management and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, insurance administration, general bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and records management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and company policy.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Executive Director in preparation of the annual budget, contracts, and all financial matters.
- Responsible for Bank Transactions, Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements
- Maintain Personnel records as well as Pension, Payroll, and Tax Records
- Act as Group Plan Administrator for business and medical insurance policies
- Work closely with the auditing firm in the preparation of the annual audit
- Assist in other areas as needed
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in financial management roles
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and analysis
- Proficiency in corporate finance principles
- Familiarity with clerk duties related to finance operations
