Job Summary:

As a Finance Manager at Performance Kia, you will play a crucial role in our vehicle sales process. Your responsibilities will include financing new or pre-owned automobiles, trucks, and vans, computing and quoting sales prices, arranging financing options for our customers, maintaining proper state and banking compliance, and more. You will work closely with our customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying purchasing experience while maximizing the dealership's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fees, and discounts, and requirements for financing payment of the vehicle on credit.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Arrange financing options for customers.
• Collect bank stipulations and any required documentation for lender funding.
• Submit and approve finance applications.
• Maintain acceptable PVR (Profit per Vehicle Retail).
• Maintain proper product penetration (Warranty, Gap, Tire and Wheel, Road Hazard, etc.).
• Assist in running the store when the General Manager is off.
• Acquire and maintain proper state and banking compliance and procedures.
• Conduct appraisals of trade-ins when needed.
• Structure and maximize deals.
• Proficient with Dealer Track DMS, Dealer Track F&I and Darwin.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I) is highly desirable.

Position Type:

This is a full-time position with the following expected hours of work:

• Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Additional evening hours may be required as job duties demand.

There is no travel anticipated for this position.
