About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support our ambitious growth plans. You will provide strategic and innovative support to unleash your potential within a sales environment. You will recruit, train, and work daily with a team of sales representatives (10-25) to monitor their success, mentor, and motivate.

What You'll Do:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the success of their team. They will evaluate and enforce daily: Product Expectations, Behavioral Expectations, Lead Management and Attendance. The Sales Manager will also partake in Team Huddles, Live Call Monitoring, Team Performance Reviews, Escalation Calls, Monitoring System Performance, and ongoing training. Sales Managers will be assisting with acclimating new hires to the sales environment in an office setting and will be responsible for their success.

Required Experience:
● Leadership traits
● Strong communication skills
● Ability to motivate people
● Financial literacy, (credit reporting, budgets, debt to income ratio)
● Basic knowledge of loans, bankruptcy, debt management, and debt resolution
● Experience with managing and tracking metrics
● CRM and phone system experience

●Experience with maximizing Sales Production (Quotas, Spiffs)
● Ability to take calls and assist with difficult clients/de-escalation tactics
● Accountability Management, Hiring, Retention, Coaching, Training, Attendance Tracking
● Prior management experience running a team of 15

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
