Rotating (United States of America) The mission of the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center (LHMC) Nursing Division is to build on a legacy of nursing excellence by caring with compassion, advancing the art and science of nursing, and advocating for the health of patients, families and communities. The Graduate Resident Nurse utilizes the nursing process as the frame of reference for practice and provides direct patient care, with supervision from a registered professional nurse, to patients and families. This is an entry-level nursing position for Graduate Resident Nurses. Training, evaluation, and competencies for this role are overseen by a Nurse Leader in the department. During the first year of employment, you will be enrolled in a Nurse Residency Program. Nurse Leadership will determine a balance of Clinical and Educational time.Job Description:
