Come join our Lakanto Human Resources Team! We are looking for an entry-level HR professional who is looking to grow their professional experience in the HR world. This role will report to our Human Resources Director and coordinate with our HR Generalist.

This is an entry level role, and we are looking for motivated individuals that are passionate about our company's mission to improve the health of people and their environments.

At Lakanto we develop delicious products that are sweetened with monk fruit. We help our customers enjoy life’s sweetness without the negative effects of sugar. Our company has been growing significantly over the past few years and our growth continues in exciting new ways as we expand production capabilities with our very own factory in Orem, UT.

Core responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Ordering & Stocking Healthy Office Snacks
  • Order & Organize Office Supplies
  • Maintain a Clean & Tidy Work Environment
  • Support Company-Wide Event Coordination & Culture Building Activities
  • Assist with New Employee Onboarding
  • Entry Level Human Resources Administration
  • Entry Level Benefits Administrative Support
  • Recruiting Coordination & Appointment Setting
  • Receiving Mail Deliveries & Greeting Office Guests
  • Support our positive workplace culture that’s focused on employee well-being
  • Be an employer brand ambassador! Support and uphold our company values & policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Experience with an HRIS a plus – Paylocity would be a plus
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Recruiting ATS Platform Experience a plus (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • 1-2 Years of work in an administrative or coordinator role
  • Formal Education or Certification in Human Resources Preferred

Hourly Pay

  • $18.00

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
