Job Summary: The office manager at LCPT will be responsible for the day to day running of the office, including: ensuring that client and employee records are maintained, updated, and corrected; medical billing on several platforms, including Medicaid, MCOs, and private insurances for behavior and rehab therapies taking place in both the Somerset and Monticello offices; communicating with parents, clients, therapists; and communicating with physicians’ offices and insurance providers.
Job Type: Part-time to full-time (no weekends)
Qualifications: High School Diploma (Required); Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Medical Coder (CMC) (Highly Preferred)
Experience: One year of related experience in a medical or therapy office (Preferred); Experience and working knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures (Preferred)

Pay: $15 per hour (pay negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
