Dishwasher/Busser
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with any requests or inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and guests
- Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines
- Hospitality experience is a plus
